Getting Started

We embroider unique logos, monograms, crests, saying and just about anything on our linens - It's easy to get started:

1)   Fill out the form below.  Provide as much information as possible and attach a picture or drawing if applicable.

2)  We will send you a request for more information and/or a preliminary quote which will consist of the cost per item (napkin, towel, etc) and a digitizing fee.  Custom designs must be "digitized", or made into an electronic file that our computer-driven sewing machines can read.

3)  We will sew a sample of your design and send you a picture or physical proof via mail.  Once we receive your approval, we produce your linens!

Details:

• Timing:  Timeframes can vary greatly and depend on many factors, such as turnaround time, proof approval, etc.  We will work diligently to ensure that there are no procedural delays on our part.  
     -  Examples:  A single table runner can be designed and ready to ship to you in 3-5 days.  A custom monogram sewn on 250 napkins for a wedding can take up to a month.  Please make sure we are aware of your timing needs in your original request.
• Digitizing Fees:  Our digitizing fees vary greatly and depend on factors such as complexity of design, size, color changes, etc.  We do not provide digitizing services in-house and rely on third parties for our digitizing needs.  In most cases, design fees must be paid before a proof can be produced.  Some simple monograms that use our stock fonts can be produced prior to payment. 
     -  Examples:  Basic, single color 3 letter monograms - $35.00;  Large (greater than 6") 2 color logos - $65.00;  Complex crest designs - $85.00 and greater. 
• Linen Prices:  Prices of our custom linens vary greatly and depend on quantity ordered, timing (rush orders are more expensive), and design complexity.  On large orders, we require a 50% deposit prior to producing your linens and the balance to be paid in full prior to shipping to you.  Our standard shipping policies apply to custom orders - our linens are shipped using standard ground delivery services.  Express delivery is available for an extra charge.
     -  Example:  A single color, 3-letter monogram on 250 napkins - $5.75 per napkin;  Large 2-color logo embroidered on a single 15" x 60" table runner - $45.00
• Returns:  Upon design approval and payment of deposit (if applicable), custom linen orders are are NON-CANCELLABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE under any circumstance.  Please take this under consideration when approving your design and estimating your timing needs.  We highly recommend a physical proof of your custom design.  For large orders and complicated designs, we may require you to approve a physical proof.  We will promptly correct any manufacturing error on our part, at our expense.
