How do I order a tablecloth?
Select a Collection of interest from the menus provided on the left of our home page. You will be directed to a design preview page where all our designs in that collection are listed. To view more information on a particular design, click on the design link. On each design detail page, you will find detailed information including available tablecloth size, color, shape and design options from this page. Orders are placed from these design pages. You can also order custom tablecloths from this page by entering your tablecloth size in the text box provided. If you are ordering extra designs and have specific placement requirements, please enter these in the text box provided and be as specific as possible.

Why are there stocking fees for tablecloths of certain colors?
We carry two standard colors, White and Ivory. We offer other colors, but these linens are held offsite and in limited quantities. We must have these linens shipped to us on a one-on-one basis at additional cost to us. We feel it is important to give our customers as many options as possible while maintaining our low prices. Please allow an extra 2 business days for shipping when selecting a non-standard color.

When can I expect my linens to arrive after placing my order?
Our standard color linens are shipped in 3-5 business days from placing your order. We make everything to order, and keep no finished stock on hand. We feel it is vital to allow our customers as much flexibility in color and design placement as possible. Our standard colors ship in 5-7 business days. Custom tablecloths are available to ship to you within 10-14 days from the date your order was placed. We provide a variety of shipping options to accomodate your needs.

How is my order shipped?
We use both UPS and the USPS, depending on what your order consist of. Small orders are shipped via USPS with a standard 2-3 day priority mail with delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Larger orders are shipped via UPS Ground with delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. We also offer express delivery with various guaranteed delivery times and costs. We use either FedEx or UPS for overnight delivery. We are not responsible for delivery delays that are beyond our control. Please see our shipping policy for more information.
