Shipping Policy We have instituted a new shipping policy as of January 7, 2006, modified on October 27, 2008. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY before placing your order. By placing your order, you agree to our responsibility waiver
Our rates have been adjusted as of October 27, 2008 to reflect the rapidly rising cost of express postage. We too are dismayed at how expensive shipping is! Please plan ahead when planning for your events to take advantage of our reduced cost, but a little slower, standard delivery fees.
- Our preferred shipping vendor is USPS. We have discontinued use of UPS rather than increase shipping rates for our customers yet again. Please keep in mind that our standard method of shipping is USPS 2-3 day delivery, however these times are NOT guaranteed! The only method of guaranteed delivery is our express delivery option, which uses USPS overnight delivery services. Although our preferred vendor is USPS, the choice of shipping vendors will be that of Classic Linens only and will be based on cost and delivery times.
- Where We Ship Our shipping fees apply to the 48 contiguous states of the United States. If you are a resident of Alaska or Hawaii, please place your order by calling our toll-free number. Shipping charges will be quoted to you. WE DO NOT PROCESS ORDERS OVER THE WEB FROM INTERNATIONAL SOURCES. International inquiries are the number one source of internet fraud. We screen all international inquiries very carefully. We also DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAIL INQUIRIES TO SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS. If you are a legitimate customer and want to place an order, you MUST CALL our toll-free number and place an order through our customer service department. You will be responsible for all customs taxes and shipping charges.
- Shipping Fees and Choices.
- Standard Shipping - All orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail service. Although USPS states that Priority Mail will arrive in 2-3 days, these timeframes are NOT guaranteed by the USPS. We ship from the San Francisco, CA area, so please allow as much as 5-7 business days (Monday - Friday) for your order to be delivered to you. If you must have your delivery by a certain day, please use an express delivery option offered below. We will not be responsible for shipping delays for orders using standard delivery methods. Standard shipping cost is $7.95 on all orders up to $150.00. Due to the increasing costs of postage, as of August 1, 2008 we will discontinue our free shipping policy for orders over $150. There will be a flat fee of $11.95 for each shipment. For many larger orders, standard shipping can be as much as $20-25.00 per order. We do not attempt to have shipping be a profit center for us. This charge helps us defray shipping charges and keep our products affordable.
- Express Delivery - We will use either Federal Express, USPS or UPS Overnight Service, at our discretion, for express shipping, which generally will be USPS Overnight service. Overnight deliveries will ship to arrive the next business day before 3:00pm. Standard cost will be $25 for smaller orders under $150, $42 for larger orders from $150 to $400, and 15% for orders over $400. If your order is over $500.00, OVERNIGHT SHIPPING RATES WILL BE QUOTED TO YOU.

As always, please let us know if you have a particular deadline that you need your linens. We will make every effort to meet your delivery needs, including Saturday FedEX, in which individual shipping rates will be quoted to you.
- Responsibility Waiver. We have upgraded our shipping vendor and policies which should ensure a safe and timely delivery of your orders. We can now track your order with ease and provide you with status updates, guaranteed delivery dates and shipping email prompts on most orders. We waive responsibility for all delays due to shipping. Please keep in mind that during holiday seasons, which unfortunately can coincide with bad weather, delays can occur due to increase in the volume of packages going through the postal system. Delays can also occur due to, but not limited to, inclimate weather, transit strikes, airport delays, increased delivery volumes and labor strikes. If you experience a shipping delay we will make every effort to track your order, however there will be NO REFUNDS for shipping costs.

- Carefully consider your shipping needs before placing your order. Keep in mind that we make every tablecloth, towel, runner and napkin to order. This means that it takes us on average 3-5 business days to ship your order. Please assume during major holidays that your order will ship in no less than 5 business days. Custom orders can take up to 3 weeks to ship to you. Please select a delivery option that gives you ample time to receive your order.
